Essex Solutions Launches IVA USA, Expanding Global IVA Insulations Network

Building on more than 90 years of manufacturing history in Fort Wayne, Essex Solutions is proud to announce that its chemical processing operation will become IVA USA and join the globally recognized IVA Insulations network, alongside locations in France and China.

The transition brings the Fort Wayne operation into IVA Insulations’ global network, creating additional opportunities to share technical knowledge, align best practices, and support customers across a broader range of applications and markets.

As part of the transition, Tamanna McFarland has been promoted to Director, Technical and Operations. She will lead IVA USA through its integration and continued development. Timothy Jones has also been promoted to Operations Manager.

Essex Solutions plans to continue investing in the people, equipment, and capabilities of the Fort Wayne operation. These efforts will support the team’s established record of producing quality materials while creating the capacity to serve evolving customer and manufacturing needs.

IVA USA supplies materials that support Essex Solutions manufacturing operations throughout North America. Its ability to maintain control over critical materials and processes is an important part of the company’s vertical integration strategy.

By combining internal chemical processing capabilities with the technical knowledge and global reach of IVA Insulations, Essex Solutions can maintain consistent quality standards, accelerate product development, and move solutions more efficiently from testing into production.

The establishment of IVA USA represents another step in strengthening Essex Solutions’ global capabilities and positioning the business to pursue new opportunities while continuing to support its existing customers and operations.
