The CEW series features a coating structure combining a heat-resistant resin base layer and a self-bonding resin (epoxy-based) upper layer. The self-bonding upper layer fuses the coils together when heated after coil processing. For the upper layer, you can select between CEW5, which fuses at lower temperatures, or CEW20, which maintains bonding strength up to higher temperatures. For the base layer, you can select within the thermal class 155°C to 220°C. It is used in a wide range of applications, including industrial motors.

Thermal Class:
155°C to 200°C
