MagneBond® FX2-120 is a 120°C copper magnet wire with polyvinyl acetal and epoxy insulation, ideal for self-bonded transformer coils requiring high mechanical strength.
MagneBond® UL-180 is a 180°C copper magnet wire, 0.15-1.00mm, with solderable polyurethane and polyamide aliphatic insulation for self-bonded windings.
MagneForm® F-120 & FN-120 is a 120°C copper magnet wire with polyvinyl acetal and epoxy insulation, designed for transformer and severe condition applications.
Magnesol® E-180 is designed for windings with special thermal resistance (higher than the polyurethane one) and excellent mechanical and chemical characteristics.
Main uses are found in relays, transformers, television and car components as well as the telecommunication technology, the construction of micro motors, low range motors and measure apparatus.
Magnesol®U-180 has heat resistance particularly with respect to cut-through and heat shock, good solderability at 390°C and excellent solderability at 410°C. Magnesol®U-180 has good chemical resistance.
